1. Agreement

By purchasing a beat from mBeatz at mbeatz.org, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. These terms apply to all customers including musicians, recording artists, content creators, YouTubers, podcasters, filmmakers, and any other individual or business purchasing beats for creative use. Please read this document carefully before completing a purchase.

2. What You Receive

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• •One MP3 file of the beat you purchased, suitable for streaming, social media, and general use
• •One WAV file of the beat, which is the full uncompressed studio-quality version for professional recording and mixing
• •A license document confirming your usage rights

All files are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is automated and typically occurs within minutes of payment confirmation.

3. License Tiers

mBeatz operates on an two-tier licensing model. This means:

• •Each beat is sold to one buyer only. Once you purchase a beat, it is permanently removed from the mBeatz store.
• •No other person will ever be able to purchase or use the same beat you own.
• •MP3 Lease (999 KES): Standard commercial use. Beat may be leased to other artists. WAV License (2999 KES): Premium single-buyer access with full-quality WAV files. Beat removed from store after purchase.

4. What You Are Allowed to Do

With either license, you may:

• •Record and release songs using the beat on any streaming platform including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Audiomack, Boomplay, and others
• •Use the beat in YouTube videos, TikToks, Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, and all other social media content
• •Use the beat as podcast intro music, background music, or segment transitions across all podcast platforms
• •Use the beat in short films, documentaries, brand commercials, corporate videos, wedding films, event highlights, and other video productions
• •Perform live using the beat at concerts, events, and public performances
• •Monetize all content you create using the beat through ads, streaming royalties, and direct sales
• •Create unlimited songs, videos, or other projects using the beat

5. What You Are Not Allowed to Do

The following uses are not permitted under your license:

• •Reselling the beat itself as a beat to another person or business
• •Uploading the beat as a standalone instrumental to any beat selling platform
• •Claiming copyright ownership of the underlying composition or melody
• •Registering the beat itself with a performing rights organization in a way that blocks mBeatz from receiving producer royalties
• •Sharing or distributing the raw beat files to third parties who have not purchased a license

6. Payment

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Payment is processed securely through Paystack. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products that have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your order, see our Refund Policy.

7. Delivery

Beat files are delivered automatically to your email address upon payment confirmation. If you do not receive your files within 30 minutes, check your spam or junk folder first. If the files are still not there, contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp 0724 630 030 and we will resolve it promptly.

8. Producer Credit

While not legally required under the purchase license, we encourage buyers to credit the producer where appropriate. A credit such as "Prod. by mBeatz" in your song title, video description, or podcast show notes is appreciated and helps support the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from transactions on mBeatz will be subject to Kenyan jurisdiction.
