1. Digital Products Policy

mBeatz sells digital music licenses. Because beats are delivered instantly via email as download links and the license is granted at the point of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the links have been delivered to your inbox. This applies to all customers regardless of how the beat is intended to be used, whether for music recording, YouTube content, podcasting, film, or any other purpose.

We encourage all buyers to preview beats carefully using the 50-second preview available on every beat before purchasing. The preview is provided specifically so you can confirm the beat is right for your project before committing to a purchase.

2. Technical Issues

We understand that technical problems can occasionally occur. The following situations are eligible for resolution at no extra cost to you:

  • Files not delivered — if your beat files did not arrive in your email within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact us and we will resend them immediately.
  • Corrupted files — if the MP3 or WAV files you received are corrupted, incomplete, or unplayable, we will send you clean replacement files at no charge.
  • Wrong files sent — if you received files that do not match the beat you purchased, we will correct this immediately.
  • Duplicate charge — if your payment was processed more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

To report any of these issues, contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp 0724 630 030 within 48 hours of your purchase. Include your order email address and payment reference number so we can locate your transaction quickly.

3. Payment Disputes

If you believe your payment was charged incorrectly or you did not authorise a transaction on your card or M-Pesa account, contact us immediately before raising a dispute with your bank or Safaricom. Most payment issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Provide your payment reference number and the email address used at checkout, and we will investigate and respond within 24 hours.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

  • You changed your mind about the beat after receiving the files
  • You purchased the wrong beat by mistake without checking the preview
  • The beat did not match your expectations despite being accurately represented in the preview
  • You found a similar beat elsewhere at a lower price after purchasing
  • Your creative project did not go ahead after purchase
